Development Services Company provides professional services to the Central Florida real property development community.  We assist land owners, developers, and builders in achieving their development and construction objectives.  Experienced and conscientious development consulting, project administration, and construction management are the key elements to our success.

 

Development Services Company, though the Principal-in-charge is a Florida Professional Engineer, does not hold itself out to be engineers.  Rather, we provide consulting and management, and team leadership services.  We lead, and sometimes need to  “ride hard” on other engineers and consultants, in providing owner representation in interface with these outside professionals.

 

Development Services Company relies on the expertise and knowledge of its staff in meeting client needs.  Management services, project liaison, and client representation are services provided “in house.”  For clients requiring a broader scope of services, a team approach is undertaken.  In such cases, a team of professionals is enlisted to address the clients’ needs.
